How to Install Chain Control Roman Blinds

  • Evenly space the brackets along the architrave or wall and use a pencil to mark their position, then drill in the screws to fasten.
  • Once you’ve attached the brackets with a screwdriver, lift your blind into position.

In most scenarios, the screws provided will be suitable to mount the brackets. However, if you need to fix the blind to a window lintel or into masonry, you may need to source more appropriate screws and plugs.

  • Position the back edge of the track into the back hooks of the installation bracket and gently push upwards and the track will “snap” into position.
  • To remove the roman, press the release button on the front of the installation bracket and disengage track from brackets.

A Roman Blind way appear short in its drop on initial installation, however over a short period of time, the fabric will settle and sit at the correct drop length.

Environmental conditions can also impact on the settling out process.
